Shipping Information

  • The price of the products is exclusive of shipping charges.
  • The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or sensitive addresses, Shipping to interiors or rural domestic addresses requires one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or charges levied by the state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
  • Orders shipped are delivered within 7-10 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
  • Orders under COD will be charged a flat rate.
  • Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.
  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary for international shipments depending on the location. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs clearances.
  • Prices do not include customs duty or other country-specific taxes. VAT, duties, and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
  • Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • Orders once dispatched will not be redirected.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
